Thank you to everyone who participated in the JCCS Six Word Memoir Contest.  I want to share the winning entries.  We had over 150 students submit memoirs from SOAR East Mesa, SOAR Kearny, Thurgood Marshall, Bayside, CTEC, Choice, Breaking Cycles, Cuyamaca, and Victoria.  It was really hard to choose because there were so many great ones, but we stuck to the rubric criteria to help us.  Check out the attachment with the winning entries (some do not include backstories as the students did not want those shared). We presented certificates and gift cards to students at the following sites:
